Once again: Busting the Mehrabian Myth

You’ve probably heard, and repeated, that “93% of all communication is non-verbal”. Of course, this isn’t true. Rather it’s a misuse and misunderstanding of the work of Professor Albert Mehrabian.

    Thanks. Very useful. I would think that “visualization over verbalisation” (a.ka. a picture is worth a thousand words) needs a similar debunking when applied out of context (e.g. technical documentation).
